Job summary

Bevado in New York City is hiring a Field & Demand Generation Manager to run our events program, support demand gen campaigns, and measure revenue impact. This is an early-career role with meaningful ownership, reporting to the Head of Growth, with travel and hybrid in-progress opportunities.

You will own events from start to finish, track pipeline, and coordinate handoffs to sales while using AI tools to improve processes and outcomes. This position is in-person in NYC.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing or demand generation welcomed.
• Excellent people skills and emotional intelligence.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign results and spend impact.
• Excellent organization and follow-through in multi-piece campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools; ability to translate goals into workflows.
• Initiative and curiosity to improve campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute conferences, dinners, and hosted events from start to finish.
• Set monthly pipeline targets tied to event investment and own execution.
• Track event-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and cost per opportunity.
• Ensure every event lead is captured in the CRM with clear ownership and follow-up.
• Organize dinners and events to strengthen client relationships and move deals forward.
• Produce and host webinars, manage promotion and follow-up, and run cold email campaigns.
• Coordinate sales gifting to build relationships and advance opportunities.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to improve research, outreach, and reporting, enabling scale.
