You will partner with leadership and regional marketing to craft campaigns, events, and lead programs for technology-focused decision-makers and opportunity generation.

The role requires 6+ years in field marketing B2B, product marketing, and hands-on HubSpot usage, with experience in technology, professional services, or consulting sectors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Product marketing or product-focused experience.
• Experience building demand-generation, account-based marketing, or sales-enablement programs that support complex sales cycles.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• Experience with technology solutions, professional services, consulting, nonprofit organizations, or fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Build firmwide demand activation plans for the product-focused business line in partnership with leadership and regional marketing leaders.
• Develop targeted campaigns, events, and lead programs that engage technology-focused decision-makers and generate new opportunities.
• Equip sellers with messaging, market intelligence, campaign assets, and other tools that support business development efforts.
• Collaborate across marketing, business development, and regional teams to execute programs that complement regional growth priorities.
• Measure campaign performance, identify successful strategies, and scale effective programs across the organization.
