Job summary

AmeriCredit, a division of GM Financial, is seeking a Field Dealer Relationship Manager to manage non-GM franchise dealer relationships and GM Financial products. You will develop dealer contracts and ancillary policies aligned with credit risk and profitability models.

The role is home-based with extensive travel to dealerships and requires strong sales and marketing skills, plus proficiency in Salesforce and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 0-2 years successful sales experience.
• Knowledge of dealership operations and indirect auto finance industry preferred.
• Knowledge of consumer lending policies and procedures.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Support and market AmeriCredit Financial products by managing dealer relationships to achieve quality and volume objectives.
• Provide quality customer service by satisfying the business needs of dealers, manufacturers, and GM Financial.
• Travel to assigned dealerships 90+% of the time for ongoing sales visits, training and presentations.
• Analyze dealer-specific data using reporting tools and take action to educate, solve problems and overcome objections.
