Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 2 years related work experience; Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment problems by phone or at the customer site.
• Repairs system-level issues and updates equipment per knowledge and training.
• Prepares quotes for customers based on labor, travel, and parts.
• Travels to customer facilities by car or other transportation.
• Supports installations and provides technical assistance to other engineers.
