Job summary

Instagrid, a clean-tech leader, seeks a Customer Success Manager to own post‑sale relationships with Austrian professional customers, driving product adoption and long‑term value.

This field‑first role requires four to five days on the road across Austria, a valid driving licence, and fluency in German and English. You will partner with sales, product, and engineering to reduce churn and grow accounts. Remote and flexible working options apply when not on the road.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Customer Success or similar role with industrial/capital equipment experience preferred.
• Full, clean driving licence; comfortable with regular travel across Austria.
• Based in Northern Austria or willing to relocate.
• Business-fluent in German and English.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and growth.
• Spend four to five days per week on-site visiting customers across Austria.
• Guide customers through product setup and drive adoption of Instagrid systems.
• Monitor customer health and address risks to reduce churn.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with the sales team.
• Conduct regular business reviews and demonstrate value to key accounts.
• Gather feedback for Product and Engineering to improve the experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
