Job summary

Highland Electric Fleets seeks a Customer Success Manager to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships post-sale. You will advocate for customers across their journey and work with cross-functional teams to meet goals.

This role is remote in the US, with travel to customer sites monthly, based from TX or Southern CA. Competitive base salary with bonus and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (CSM, PM, partnerships, or account management).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, technology, or engineering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to travel monthly.
• Data-driven problem solving and strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships with transportation directors, maintenance staff, drivers and other operations staff.
• Guide customers through onboarding, provide training, and coordinate with bus dealers and OEMs.
• Proactively monitor relationships, identify issues, and develop strategies to address them.
• Tailor Highland's service offerings to meet customers’ operational needs.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to Technology and Project Development teams.
• Partner with bus dealers, OEMs and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency and fast issue resolution.
