Job summary

Ampacity, LLC is seeking a Field Customer Success Specialist to join our Electrical team. This boots-on-the-ground role ensures every shipment, count, and customer interaction meets the accuracy and reliability Ampacity is known for.

You will work on-site with customers, in the field, solving problems in real time and coordinating with warehouse and project teams to prevent gaps between the job site and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, materials management, construction, or field services.
• Comfort working independently on job sites and managing travel.
• Strong attention to detail and communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for customers as shipments are received and verified.
• Perform physical counts and reconcile against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Identify shortages, damages, or missing items and drive rapid resolution.
• Manage RMAs from initiation through closure.
• Serve as on-site customer contact to answer questions and keep projects moving.
• Collaborate with internal project management, logistics, and sales to resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Document site visits and resolutions with clear reporting.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Travel to customer and project sites up to ~80% of the time.
• Evolve role with business needs.
