Job summary

Ampacity, LLC is hiring a Field Customer Success Specialist to join our Electrical team. This boots-on-the-ground role ensures shipments, counts, and customer interactions reflect Ampacity's reliability.

You will work onsite with customers, resolve issues in real time, coordinate with logistics and sales, and travel up to 80% to project sites. A background in logistics or field services and ability to manage your own schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, materials management, construction, or field services (electrical/solar experience a plus).
• Comfort working independently on job sites and managing your own schedule and travel.
• Sharp attention to detail with counts, documentation and reconciliation.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% (including overnights).

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for customers as shipments are received and inspected (eBOS).
• Perform physical counts and verify inventory against PO and packing lists.
• Identify shortages or damages and drive fast resolutions.
• Manage RMAs from initiation to closure.
• Serve as on-site customer liaison to answer questions and keep projects moving.
• Collaborate with project management, logistics, and sales to resolve discrepancies.
• Document site visits, counts, and resolutions with clear reporting.
• Travel to customer sites up to ~80% and adapt to evolving business needs.
