Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Reading, PA is seeking a customer-focused administrative professional to support our sales team and customers. You will coordinate vehicle purchase transactions, handle invoicing, collect payments, and ensure a smooth, accurate closing with field locations via phone and email.

You will enter sales data into Salesforce and Fleetnet, prepare documents, and respond to inquiries from customers and Penske staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative support and customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel and pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle sale processes including invoicing and document completion.
• Obtain signed documents from customers and update records.
• Enter sales-related information into Salesforce.com and Fleetnet systems.
• Answer customer and Penske associate calls and manage inquiries.
• Update spreadsheets and generate reports.
