You will be the main point of contact in our Collision Center, handling calls, scheduling, and payments. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, along with the ability to understand basic technical information and interact with insurance partners as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail/receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to set appointments using an online system.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for the Collision Center.
• Set appointments for customers.
• Update customers on repair order status.
• Process payments and support light accounting functions.
• Communicate with insurance partners and handle filing duties.
