Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.
• Maintain regular in-person and virtual contact with customers to meet requirements.
• Develop a sales penetration plan to expand Ryder’s wallet share.
• Segment accounts by opportunity for growth, renewal, and risk of loss.
• Present Ryder services and capabilities and build relationships with buying influencers.
• Understand customers’ business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with DTS/SCS to upsell applicable services.
• Serve as liaison between customers and Ryder departments.
• Ensure services are delivered and relationships are productive.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and conduct regular reviews.
