Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Field Custom Services Project Manager to oversee custom installation projects in the Orlando region. You will partner with in-home designers and sales leaders to ensure flawless execution and strong customer experiences.

You will lead installers, drive a culture of engagement and safety, and coordinate with field leaders to complete projects on time and within budget. This role emphasizes communication and leadership across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a supervisor or manager.
• 2+ years of sales, installation, operations or customer service experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have and maintain a driving record that meets safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custom installation projects in designated region.
• Build knowledge of the custom services model with in-home designers and sales leaders.
• Lead installers and drive a strong employee culture for favorable outcomes.
• Conduct site visits for technical expertise, safety, and customer experience.
• Communicate findings with field leaders and align with sales strategies.
• Serve as main customer contact during fulfillment.
