Job summary

Prairieland FS, Inc. is seeking an Application Specialist to deliver and precisely apply crop protection products in fields under the Location Manager. You will follow label directions, collect application data, and communicate sales leads while maintaining safety and accuracy.

A high school diploma is required; agronomy experience is a plus. You must obtain a CDL with HazMat endorsements within six months and secure all pesticide licenses within the first six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; agronomy knowledge a plus.
• Experience in agricultural application or agronomy preferred.
• Familiarity with crop protection products and equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mixes and applies crop protection products following labels and rates.
• Records application data and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Maintains and repairs field equipment and performs routine maintenance.
• Calibrates equipment to ensure accurate application rates under varying conditions.
• Delivers products to customers and pursues sales leads with accuracy and safety.
• Maintains inventory records and processes delivery tickets and invoices.
