Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; agronomy certification is a plus.
• Experience in agricultural application or related field preferred; agronomy/precision agriculture a plus.
• Strong understanding of crop protection inputs, agronomy practices, and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with GPS and precision agriculture technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mixes products and applies crop production inputs according to labels and records data.
• Maintain, repair, and operate agricultural application equipment safely.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure accurate application rates.
• Record crop applications and weather conditions for regulatory compliance.
• Deliver products to customers and communicate sales leads.
