Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment, including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete routine service calls.
• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support during onsite visits.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair updates clearly.
• Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently.
• Work independently while remaining connected to a supportive service team.
• Continue developing your knowledge of office technology, equipment, and manufacturer-specific service procedures.
