Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Certified Copier Field Service Technician to join their client's team in a full-time role in Miami. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair multifunction copiers, printers, and related office equipment at customer sites.

The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and at least 3+ years in field service, with certifications preferred from Ricoh, Sharp, or Brother.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field service experience servicing copiers/printers.
• Manufacturer certifications preferred (Ricoh, Sharp, Brother, or similar).
• Experience with Windows, macOS, TCP/IP networking, drivers, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Ability to read service manuals and utilize diagnostic software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Certified Copier Field Service Technician

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $17–$22+/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing multifunction copiers, printers, and related office equipment at customer locations. The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience working independently in a field service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair multifunction copiers, printers, and related office equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and reliability.

• Experience with Managed Print Services (MPS).

• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule.

Pay Range
