• Update schedules as needed.
• Order parts within 48 hours of receipt.
• Approve and proof job folders daily.
• Follow up on download delay emails and ensure timely completion.
• Check Field Coordination Dashboard and update daily.
• Attend required builder meetings with complete updates.
• Send schedules for manufacturing two days before builder meetings.
• Order parts and schedule service and warranty appointments.
• Close out installation and service work orders within 48 hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
