Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Generalist to ensure field tasks are scheduled and completed on time, maintain warehouse inventory accuracy, and ensure invoices are processed promptly.

Responsibilities include dispatching service technicians and installers, scheduling warranty service, and updating Salesforce with field schedules and delivery reports. Strong Excel/Word skills and experience with Salesforce are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; an AS degree is preferred.
• Experience using Excel and Word.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage service center warehouse inventory accuracy.
• Maintain safety stock levels for critical items.
• Dispatch field staff daily and confirm work completed.
• Schedule warranty service appointments and field appointments in Salesforce.
• Process invoicing and follow up on missing work debriefs.
• Update 3PL systems with schedule changes and delivery reports.
