Job summary

LB Contract Supply is seeking a Project Coordinator to support field operations for commercial interior projects. This in-person role is based in Carrollton, TX, with some job-site visits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and Field Crews to keep projects on track, within budget, and documented from contract award through closeout. The ideal candidate has construction coordination experience, strong digital literacy, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Experience in construction coordination and administrative project support.
• High level of digital literacy with project management tools and office tech.
• Exceptional communication skills across written and verbal formats.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project workflows from award to closeout, tracking deliverables and deadlines.
• Log RFIs, submittals, change orders, and safety documentation.
• Communicate with General Contractors, vendors, and field teams to keep schedules aligned.
