Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a Field Contract Coordinator in Juno Beach, Florida (onsite) to support the management of assigned projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, and safety goals are met. This office-based role may travel to project sites as needed.

The position requires an Associate's degree in a related field and 0–5 years of experience in project execution, with familiarity in MS Project or Smartsheet and MS Office. PMP certification, SAP or Maximo knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required in a related field such as Engineering, Project Management or Land Surveying.
• 0–5 years of experience in project execution with vendor/contractor coordination.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project or Smartsheet) and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality and safety on assigned projects.
• Coordinate activities with vendors, suppliers, regulators, and local officials.
• Review contractor payment requests and manage project paperwork and budgets.
• Travel to project sites up to 25% as required.
