Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience managing project execution with vendor/contractor coordination.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to project sites and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assess productivity, monitor schedule compliance, and ensure safety performance.
• Validate acceptance of completed work to design requirements with contractors.
• Verify constructability and resource allocation; resolve issues.
• Coordinate activities with vendors, regulators, and local officials.
• Assist in budgeting, scope control, and scheduling reporting.
• Interface with landowners and state agencies.
• Reinforce safety expectations and proper work behaviors.
• Participate in design meetings and propose improvements.
• Identify potential problems and develop practical solutions.
• Monitor expenses to adhere to budget and identify cost-saving measures.
