Job summary

Apex Systems, Inc. in Florida seeks a Project Management Consultant-Level 1 - Associate (0-5 Years) to assist in managing assigned projects onsite, coordinating contractors and vendors, while ensuring budget, schedule and safety goals are met.

You will participate in design meetings, monitor progress, handle paperwork, and communicate with clients to define scope and objectives. Travel up to 25% and driving are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or related field.
• 0–5 years of experience managing project execution, including vendor/contractor coordination.
• Experience in construction/renewables is ideal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements.
• Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality and safety performance.
• Evaluate problems to develop solutions and supervise current projects.
• Coordinate team members to maintain workflow and manage paperwork.
• Direct project correspondence and communicate with clients to define scope.
• Adhere to budgets and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and regulators.
