Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Construction Technology Utilization Representative to lead adoption, activation, and utilization of Caterpillar technology across the Mountain West District.

This highly experienced, customer-facing field role requires technical credibility, deep product knowledge, and the ability to influence dealers and customers through complex discussions that drive measurable productivity and safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in the construction industry.
• Experience growing or supporting new and expanding construction technology portfolios with dealers and customers.
• Proven ability to work independently, influence without authority, and navigate complex dealer and customer discussions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Grow adoption of Caterpillar productivity and safety technology solutions in line with Growth targets.
• Increase VisionLink productivity and safety activations and ensure activation and retention of technology-enabled machines.
• Drive customer technology utilization through onboarding, training, and ongoing support to improve productivity and safety.
• Build trusted dealer and customer relationships and drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
