Denver, CO-based Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Construction Technology Utilization Representative to lead adoption, activation, and utilization of Caterpillar’s construction technology solutions across the Mountain West District.

This role requires strong technical credibility, product knowledge, and the ability to influence dealers and customers through complex discussions that drive productivity, safety, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Top candidates have customer-facing experience in the construction industry.
• Experience growing or supporting new construction technology portfolios with dealers and customers.
• Proven ability to work independently and influence discussions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong leadership, organization, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow adoption of Caterpillar productivity and safety technology solutions.
• Increase VisionLink Productivity and Safety activations and ensure value realization.
• Drive customer technology utilization through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
• Build trusted dealer and customer relationships and strengthen adoption and retention.
