You will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with sales teams, technicians, and customers to promote, train, and sustain technology solutions that improve safety, productivity, and jobsite performance. The successful candidate will blend technical expertise with strong customer relations, training

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience supporting construction equipment, mining equipment, or related technology.
• A strong understanding of construction and jobsite operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within an assigned territory.
• Ability to work safely in construction, mining, and industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology solutions.
• Lead technology installations, setup, calibration, and commissioning activities.
• Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting and support.
• Assist customers with software updates, system optimization, and ongoing technology utilization.
• Develop customer adoption strategies to maximize ROI.
• Partner with sales reps to identify technology opportunities and support demonstrations and trainings.
• Develop ROI analyses and technology recommendations for customers.
• Deliver training for operators, supervisors, customers, and Wagner employees.
