Job summary

BL Harbert International is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Sr. Project Superintendent in day-to-day field supervision of construction activities on our project site.

You will help enforce safety policies, direct craft personnel and subcontractors, and ensure work meets contract requirements and quality standards. This role emphasizes coordinating daily work schedules, maintaining QC/QA files, inspecting progress, and participating in progress meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of total construction experience
• 1–3 years as an assistant superintendent
• Experience in commercial/hospitality buildings
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• OSHA 10 hour certification within last 5 years
• Ability to read construction documents
• Ability to ensure quality workmanship per codes and contracts
• Open to relocation
