Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a Construction Superintendent II to support field operations, coordinate trade contractors, and ensure work aligns with approved scope, safety standards, quality, and schedule expectations. This role works with limited supervision and assists in planning, documentation, and execution on projects.

Responsibilities include safety enforcement, coordinating field activities, maintaining reports, and supporting meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
2–5 years of experience as a superintendent on construction projects; 5–8 years in construction overall.
OSHA 30 hour certification.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate trade contractors and field activities to support schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications for assigned scopes.
Maintain accurate daily field reports and safety documentation.
Support safety orientations, safety audits, and enforce safety and quality policies.
Attend project meetings to support coordination and communication.
Track production, labor hours, and productivity for assigned scopes.
