Next 150 Construction Services seeks a Construction Superintendent II to support field operations by coordinating trade contractors and field activities, ensuring work aligns with scope, safety, quality, and schedule expectations.

This role operates with limited supervision and supports daily planning, documentation, cost tracking, onboarding, and coordination with senior leadership to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2–5 years of experience as a construction superintendent on projects; 5–8 years construction experience.
• OSHA 30 hour certification.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade contractors and field activities to meet schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Enforce safety and quality policies; conduct safety observations and audits.
