Job summary

Next150 Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent to support daily field operations by coordinating trade contractors and field activities, while maintaining high safety standards and quality control.

You will work under direct supervision to develop foundational field leadership, assist with planning, documentation, safety observations, and quality checks, and collaborate with senior field leadership to keep projects organized and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• OSHA 10 certification with ability to obtain OSHA 30 within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assists with coordination of trade contractors and field activities to maintain schedule compliance.
• Works according to contract documents, drawings, specs, and approved work plans.
• Supports site safety protocols and participates in safety orientations and field activities.
• Maintains daily reports and field documentation using CM software.
