Job summary

Next150 Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to support daily field operations by coordinating trade contractors and field activities while maintaining safety and quality controls on US projects in Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse.

The role focuses on developing foundational field leadership skills, assisting with daily planning, safety observations, and quality checks, and working with senior leadership to support safe, organized, and compliant jobsite operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1-3 years in a field leadership/supervisor role; 3-8 years construction experience.
• OSHA 10 required with ability to obtain OSHA 30 within 3 months of hire.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, safety/site operations software, and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned trade contractors and field activities to maintain schedule compliance.
• Work in accordance with contract documents, drawings, specs, and approved work plans.
• Support site safety protocols and participate in safety orientations and site safety activities.
• Monitor daily field activities to ensure compliance with approved work plans.
• Maintain daily reports and field documentation using construction management software.
