Job summary

Next150 Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent to support daily field operations and coordinate trade contractors on a Rochester, NY project.

You will assist with planning, safety observations, and quality checks, while working with senior leadership to maintain safe, organized, and compliant jobsite operations. Training opportunities via Gilbane University enhance leadership and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 1–3 years in a field leadership/supervisor construction role; 3–8 years construction experience.
• OSHA 10 certification with ability to obtain OSHA 30 within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned trade contractors and field activities to maintain schedule compliance.
• Work in accordance with contract documents, drawings, specs, and approved work plans.
• Support site safety protocols and participate in safety orientations and safety audits.
