Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates assigned trade contractors and field activities to support adherence to approved schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Reviews and works in strict accordance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications for assigned scopes.
• Maintains accurate daily field reports, safety documentation, and records using required construction management systems.
• Supports field safety efforts; assists with safety orientations; conducts safety observations and audits.
• Attends and participates in project meetings to support coordination and communication.
• Tracks production, labor hours, and productivity metrics for assigned scopes.
