Job summary

Miller Valentine is seeking a seasoned Construction Lead to supervise field operations on a Greensboro project, coordinating daily with owners, architects, and engineers to keep work on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality.

You will develop and manage master schedules, lead MVCC field staff, enforce safety programs, oversee subcontractors, and ensure compliance with contract documents, permits, and inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in construction-related field.
• Strong in project controls, scheduling, and cost management.
• Experience coordinating Owners/Architects/Engineers on site.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with owners/architects/engineers for daily construction activities.
• Develop and implement project schedules including critical path and material expediting.
• Lead MVCC field staff and provide performance input.
• Manage site safety program and subcontractor compliance with standards and regulations.
• Oversee cross-trade coordination and issue resolution on site.
• Manage billing, WIP, and verification of work completed in line with contracts.
