Job summary

MILLER Brothers, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to take full command on site for high-profile commercial projects. You will lead from the field, protect the schedule, and drive quality with a century of craftsmanship behind you.

We look for 5–10+ years of superintendent experience, mastery of construction means and scheduling, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and MS Office. OSHA 30 and first aid/CPR are required or quickly obtainable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred in CM or engineering.
• 5–10+ years of superintendent experience on commercial projects.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and MS Office; OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR.

Responsibilities

• Run the field – manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with zero compromises on safety or quality.
• Plan the work and work the plan – create and maintain 3-week lookaheads, coordinate sequencing, and ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are in place ahead of schedule.
• Lead safety from the front – enforce site-specific safety programs, maintain OSHA compliance, and model the right behaviors for every trade on site.
• Keep it tight – maintain accurate daily logs, RFI tracking, as-builts, and documentation for smooth closeout and audit readiness.
• Guard quality – enforce plans, specs, and scopes of work; manage punch lists; ensure installations meet contract and code.
• Be the client’s field partner – build trust and relationships that turn one project into many.
• Problem-solve in real time – identify risks early, develop solutions, and keep the project moving without compromise.
