Job summary

Miller Valentine Construction is seeking a field supervisor to oversee the on-site execution of construction projects. You will coordinate owners, architects, engineers, and trades, while driving schedules, safety, and quality on site.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in a similar role and a 4-year engineering/construction degree. Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD, Viewpoint, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or architecture or equivalent with related coursework.
• Proven ability to manage field teams and coordinate trades.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with owners, architects, and engineers for daily construction activities.
• Develop and drive project schedules, identify critical paths, and expedite materials.
• Lead and develop MVCC field staff and perform performance reviews.
• Oversee site safety programs and ensure subcontractor compliance.
• Manage budget, WIP, invoices, and payments to subcontractors.
