Job summary

Miller Valentine Construction in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced construction professional to lead estimates, scope of work, and project design across multiple concurrent projects.

You will guide preconstruction, manage design, and drive project execution while maintaining safety, profitability, and strong client relationships using Procore, Viewpoint, and integrated project teams.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture (or equivalent).
• Demonstrates proficiency in complex systems and market sectors.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Project, AutoCAD and Procore.
• Experience mentoring others and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze problems, gather data, and decide based on facts.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction with customer vision and project goals.
• Lead creation of project estimates and technical proposals.
• Prepare scope of work for vendor solicitation and bids.
• Oversee bid analysis to ensure scope coverage before contracting.
• Direct the project design team and manage project profitability.
• Maintain safety standards and client relationships; mentor staff.
