Job summary

Texas Materials, A CRH company, is seeking an experienced Foreman/Superintendent to oversee field operations in Texas. You will lead safety programs, coordinate with Project Managers, and manage crews and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction with 3 years in a leadership role, and a high school diploma or GED. CDL is a plus; nights and flexible hours may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction industry experience with 3 years in a Foreman or Superintendent role.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce safety practices; conduct daily safety meetings for each shift.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain project plans, budget, and staffing.
• Ensure prep work is completed or clearly communicated to the Project Manager.
• Order materials and coordinate with subcontractors for long- and short-term needs.
