Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred with 2–3 years field operations or superintendent experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or Bluebeam Revu preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, schedules, and scopes before work starts.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules (2–3 weeks) with senior support.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure trade readiness and safety on site.
• Participate in project meetings and provide field-driven schedule updates.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with drawings and specs.
