Job summary

CPS Outdoors seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage day-to-day site operations from mobilization through closeout. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with plans, budgets, and safety standards.

You will interface with project managers, clients, and vendors while enforcing OSHA safety policies and quality controls across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction supervision experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• OSHA knowledge and jobsite safety practices.
• Procore and MS Office proficiency; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specs, permits, and codes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and equipment.
• Lead daily site meetings and toolbox talks.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and labor productivity.
• Provide daily progress updates to project leadership.
• Manage closeout, punch lists, and turnover.
