Job summary

Place Services, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to service our West Region clients. This role travels to supervise and inspect day-to-day operations, ensuring safety and project alignment with design. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000+ DOE, reflecting experience and region.

The candidate will lead field teams, coordinate with store management and subcontractors, and manage daily reports, safety documentation, and project lookaheads to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior construction superintendent experience required.
• Read and understand drawings and specs and ensure scopes align with prints.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time and valid driver’s license.
• OSHA 10 hour, basic first aid & CPR training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, inspect, and approve day to day operations of commercial construction projects.
• Complete on-site paperwork and reports.
• Coordinate with store management, subcontractors, and PSI employees.
• Ensure safety and enforce standards on site.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors while maintaining schedule.
• Communicate project details and keep clients updated.
