Qualifications

• Experience in post-frame construction or carpentry preferred.
• Ability to read and build from construction plans.
• Willingness to participate in training programs.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand, and build according to construction plans.
• Repair doors, windows, roofs, siding, and related components.
• Operate hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Travel up to 25% including possible overnight trips.
