Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Construction Project Administrator in Reno, NV to oversee outside plant inspections and guide contract inspectors. You will ensure work meets cost, timeline, and quality expectations for customers while coordinating with Engineering, vendors, and field teams.

The role requires field oversight, strong documentation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A mandatory pre-employment drug screen and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years in OSP construction and/or OSP engineering.
• Must be proficient with Word, PowerPoint; and Excel for forms and basic functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections and verify contractor work to standards.
• Coordinate and dispatch contract inspectors and support issue resolution.
• Develop and implement process improvements and field software tools.
• Serve as municipality liaison on permits, traffic control, and community impact.
• Process vendor invoices and collaborate across multiple teams.
