Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc is seeking a field-based leader to support simple cycle and combined cycle power projects. You will coordinate day-to-day construction activities, partner with the Site Manager, and drive safe, high-quality work aligned with schedule and budget.

This is a travel-heavy field assignment. Ideal candidates have extensive field construction leadership on power projects, EPC experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage subcontractors and client

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
10+ years construction supervisory experience required.
OSHA Training.
All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search).

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate on-site subcontractor activities to support safe, efficient execution of simple cycle and combined cycle construction work.
Coordinate site access, daily work planning, and field logistics to help teams work safely and productively.
Support implementation of the Project Construction Execution Plan and lead superintendents and field teams.
Monitor progress, schedule performance, and budget alignment; drive safety and quality on-site.
