Qualifications
- 10+ years of field construction leadership on power generation projects.
- Experience with EPC project execution and schedule/budget management.
- OSHA training or equivalent safety credentials.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site subcontractor activities to ensure safe, quality construction.
- Coordinate site access, daily work planning, and field logistics.
- Support Project Construction Execution Plan and supervise superintendents.
- Monitor progress, schedule performance and productivity to meet budget and client expectations.
- Develop and execute schedule recovery with project leadership and subs.
- Oversee turnover activities, startup packages, and client coordination.
