Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field activities for conventional generation plants. You will coordinate day-to-day construction with the Site Manager and drive safe, high‑quality work aligned with schedule, budget, and client expectations.

Travel to field sites is required. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of supervisory experience, a construction/engineering background, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and subcontractors

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred, or relevant field experience.
10+ years construction supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate on-site subcontractor activities to support safe, efficient execution of power construction work.
Coordinate site access, daily work planning, and field logistics to ensure safety and productivity.
Support the Project Construction Execution Plan and provide leadership to superintendents and field teams.
Monitor progress to help the project meet budget, schedule, safety and quality goals.
Lead regular subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate status and issues to stakeholders.
