Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Construction Manager to lead on-site field operations at client project sites across the United States.

You will supervise subcontractors, manage safety, quality control, scheduling, contract administration, and client relations, representing the company on site and coordinating with the project team. This is field-heavy work with nationwide travel and minimal supervision on moderate to high complexity projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline. At least three (3) years in Construction Management/Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare and review Daily Reports, Quality Inspection Reports, and monthly progress reports.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent + 12 years relevant experience

Associate degree + 9 years relevant experience

Bachelor's degree + 6 years relevant experience
