Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Construction Manager 1 to lead on-site field operations for client projects across the United States. You will oversee safety, quality, scheduling, contracts, drawings, and client relations while representing the company at the project site.

Work is performed in the field with minimal supervision on moderate to high complexity projects; travel is 100% and you may support other Construction Managers on large efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Construction Management/Supervision.
• Experience leading large-scale heavy industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawings.
• Ensures adherence to the project schedule and flags delays to PM.
• Writes Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for records.
• Takes progress photos and maintains site photo records.
• Prepares Monthly Progress Reports for stakeholders.
• Maintains latest design drawing revisions on site.
