Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Construction Manager to lead on-site field operations across client projects in the United States. You will represent the company, manage safety, quality control, scheduling, and customer relations for assigned projects.

In this role you may support other Construction Managers on large projects. You will prepare contract extras and progress payments, maintain on-site records, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive field experience in construction management is required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field with several years of site supervision experience.
• Three+ years of construction management/supervision experience required; OSHA 30 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
• Maintain schedule adherence and escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for project records.
• Photograph construction progress and maintain organized photo records.
• Produce Monthly Progress Reports and ensure use of latest design drawings.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate degree in Construction Management or related discipline

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
