Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Construction Manager to lead on-site field operations across client projects in the United States. You will manage safety, quality control, scheduling, drawings compliance, and client relations in collaboration with the Project Construction Manager.

The role is 100% field-based, with opportunities to support larger projects and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure workmanship and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus nine (9) years of relevant experience in Construction Management/Supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience in Construction Management/related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
• Keeps project schedule on track and flags delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Writes Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for project records.
