Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks a Site Construction Manager to lead field operations on client project sites across the United States. You will manage safety, quality control, scheduling, contract handling, and client relations on site.

This role is 100% field-based, with potential support to other managers on large projects. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for daily reporting and adherence to drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience. Degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline; at least three years in Construction Management/Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
• Ensures work adheres to project schedule and escalates delays to PM.
• Writes Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review and record keeping.
• Takes progress photographs of construction events and labels each photo.
• Prepares Monthly Progress Reports and maintains on-site records per policy.
